Excellent customer service, I was visiting in Orlando and my all engine light came on. We’re just interesting because I had just had an oil changed in Fort Lauderdale four weeks ago. I was a little upset of having to pay $101 for a diagnostic test. I I do appreciate the fact that I was told upfront that I would have to pay for the diagnostic fee considering I’m on the road quite a bit, but the Customer service was good and I love the fact that they sent a video when the car was actually in the shop and actually explaining what they were seeing and what their recommendations was I hadn’t seen that before great addition.

I had a great experience while having my 2026 Tucson PHEV. I had a check engine light issue and they did all the checks to make sure that my vehicle was safe to drive again. There was a slight issue with my SUV being bought in Canada. But the Service Manager made sure that they got all the warranty issues resolved. In the end the service didn’t cost me anything and my SUV is running perfectly with no more check engine light issues. Would recommend using Greenway Hyundai Orlando Service Center.

Best experience I have had. Most of the research and administrative work was done remotely and the car pick up was seamless.

I had been shopping around several dealers looking for a pre-owned Ioniq 5. Compared to my previous experiences, I was so pleasantly surprised by Greenway. Angel was my salesman who was extremely pleasant and honest with throughout the whole process. There was a bit of paint damage on the roof and it was missing its charger, but Angel got it all taken care of without a second thought. I should also mention that every single staff member I interacted with was stellar (I am trying my best to remember names). The guys at the front desk were extremely friendly and quick to help when we needed to get charged up before we left the dealership, and even my time in the finance office was speedy and cheerful. (I should also note that the bathrooms were immaculate) We also found that we needed an adapter before we left, and the parts department was closed for the day. However, Lukus did some searching and was able to find us a brand new adapter which was greatly appreciated. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience at Greenway and I am happy to recommend them!
