I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership in March 2026. I fully understand that it is a used vehicle, and I did not expect it to be in brand-new condition. However, during its first service appointment at an authorized Acura dealership, significant suspension-related issues were identified.

Worst experience I have ever had. Rude and bad attitude. Allowed outside vendor (windshield replacement) to hound me during my visit to the point they were chasing me in tge parking lot. Lied to me as to why my eindshied was behind ng cleaned. This person needs to be fired or reassigned.
My first purchase of a financed car was in this deceptive dealership. I don't speak English so choose a Hispanic salesman who said price quoted for a Toyota Yaris 2018 was $9,400 but the amount I was actually been billed is $12,466.00, this is in addition to the $4,000 down payment I paid in cash (I frankly thought that the called "downpayment" was part of payment in advance, so the remaining to be financed was $5,400, my ignorance was extreme). My sales associate Sam was great. I was actually his first sale. He appeared to have good support from management to see this through. I test drove two cars, and ended up with a 2025 sonata hybrid. Overall, things have gone okay, he made a point to follow up routinely and communicated with the sales team on my behalf. When I picked up the car, the key cover was missing on my handle. I own a 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe with only 2,000 miles. Since July 2025, the vehicle has had brake pedal vibration and flat spots on the tires.
I have taken the vehicle to Greenway Hyundai more than 10 times over the past 7+ months, with no resolution. Each visit results in a different explanation and no real accountability.
It is unacceptable that a new vehicle, fully covered under warranty, has these issues and that the customer is left without a solution for months.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and reflects poorly on Hyundai’s after-sales support.

I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and the mechanic tested my battery and put a new one in free of charge. Tyrone was helpful and respectful. I am very pleased with the service. One thing to work on is I waited two hours. I would have liked it quicker.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Greenway Hyundai Orlando.
In July 2025, I leased a new Hyundai Palisade. From the beginning, the dealership prepared the lease paperwork incorrectly. Even though the contract had to be redone and signed again with the correct payment, Hyundai Finance’s system was never updated to reflect the right amount.

Greenway Hyundai Orlando provided top notch service again. My car was stalling at various times and displaying error messages. The Service advisor Juan Rodriguez let me know that the problem was a sensor which was replaced and the system reset. The car is running like new. At the beginning it was a little frustrated because we had our car towed to the dealer. Nothing was done for a few days until I went in person to inquire about what’s goin on with the car. Apparently they could locate it, until finally Josh from service booked for it and tracked it down. Josh was great in updating me step by step as to what’s going on with the car. Finally it all worked out and we are happy that we got the car back. John was very knowledgeable and very polite.

I brought my Sonata in for a leak in my valve cover gasket hoping to see if it met the qualifications to satisfy a warranty that supposedly would've replaced my car's engine free of charge. Devon was our technician, he was amazing! He helped us get an extension on our warranty to replace a super expensive part to alleviate some of the cost since we were 4 months outside of the warranty window. He was kind and stayed in touch the entire time. Definitely recommend going to him if you ever need help with your car!! 1000/10
On Saturday 4/26 I went to the dealership to get an oil change, Josh from service took care of me and he was very good. He informed me that the oil change mileage was set wrong at the factory and reset that so that I get on a 7500 mile oil change schedule and got the Tucson into service to apply a firmware recall. He said it would take 2 hours and I was out of the dealership in less than 2 hours.
