The service tech that handled my recall repairs was very nice. My wait time had been given as 2 hours, but it turned out to be only 1 hour and 20 min. While the wait area had very comfy chairs, the music coming from sales area was loud and annoying. I was happy to learn the tech had done an all-over inspection which revealed an item that needed action soon. Thank you, Tyler!

I'm always satisfied with the service at Greenway Hyundai Orlando. My service advisor Logan Campbell very professional and friendly. I took my 2019 Hyundai Kona in for routine maintenance but I also had a concern about an unusual vibration while the engine was running. Logan knew right away it was the engine mounts. Logan told me since I am the original owner the replacement would be covered by the warranty. I am totally delighted with my service experience and will continue using Greenway Hyundai Orlando as my service dealership.

Service was good but the wait for an oil change 2:1/2 hours -with an appointment @8am.
My only issue was had a 8:00 am appointment an it was just an oil change. I was told about 90 minutes. But it was 150 minutes.

I previously gave 5 stars for my purchase but feel the need to review again. I went back into the dealership to have a repair done to my 2016 Hyundai Elantra and the experience was wonderful! If you need a repair, the service department is friendly, fair, and knowledgeable. If you need a new car- I just bought the Santa Fe XRT and it’s amazing- ask for Woody! He is awesome!!!!

My experience was excellent! My service representative Tyler was very accurate reviewing what service was suggested and what services had last been done so I could make informed decisions of what services to do today. The cost came in below the estimate and the work was completed before the estimated time. The car was left in good order.

Overall a great experience. They did not have the vehicle in stock but were able to find it an price match competitors a little further away. No surprises after the OTD offer was received. Good follow-up, not excessive and not too little.

My experience at Greenway Hyundai Orlando was surprisingly very pleasant. No high pitched sales pressure and no bate and switch. Fees were in line with industry standards and no having to go back and forth to get a fair Out the door price.
The only issue with my experience was, I was the first car there in the morning with an 8:00 appointment and it’s still took 2 hours with just and oil change and tire rotation.
